Q.: How can I view the status of my order?
A.: Under "My Account" at the top right corner. You should have a link to your completed orders. Note that orders placed before November 2013 did not get migrated over to our new eCommerce site.
Q.: What are your shipping costs?
A.: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q.: How do you ship the product?
A.: As of December 2016 items under 1 pound will ship via First Class Mail. Larger shipments will ship out via Priority Mail or UPS/FedEx Ground. We also added the UPS Ground option that might save money on larger shipments. We might also use USPS Parcel Select for deliveries to Post Office Boxes or if it is a remote location.
Q.: When will my product ship?
A.: Although we strive to ship out orders on a daily basis, delays of up to 72 hours may occur after you place your order. Shipments are made, at a minimum, twice a week by our staff.
Q.: Do you do pre-orders?
A.: No, not right now. Currently we only list in-stock and on-hand items (NO drop shipping!). Please note that due to listings across multiple platforms, plus setting up at conventions, on rare occassions, items might be sold out. We hate it when this happens as much as you, and we will be doing our best to prevent it from happening.
Q.: Hmmm....Mike's Comics N Stuff doesn't actually sell a lot of comic books, what's going on?
A.: We have a lot of comics to sell, but usually just stick to conventions or eBay for selling of the actual comic books.
Q.: Do you buy comic books, action figures, etc.?
A.: Sure - send us an e-mail of what you are selling (email@example.com) and we'll let you know if it is something we need.
Q.: I found an item I wanted to purchase and when I went back to add it to my shopping cart it was gone. What happened?
A.: We utilize a system with live inventory. Which means that as items are purchased they are removed from our inventory. So if we sold the last item and you went back to purchase the item it would not be available. If you want to check with us to see if we can get another please e-mail us firstname.lastname@example.org .
Q.: What about international orders?
A.: Due to increased fraud with international orders, we have decided to disable that option at this time. Our apologies. You can usually find our items at our eBay or Amazon stores - let us know at mike@mikescomicsnstuff and we'll direct you to the appropriate links.
